PROBLEMS OF YESTERDAY’S STUDENT AT THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of adaptation at the initial stage of education at a university for yesterday’s schoolchildren, as a result of which a longer adaptation leads to a loss of quality in the learning process, to psychological discomfort among students, disappointment in the future profession and in the learning process itself. The answers to the questions in the questionnaires for first-year students will help both future students, current university teachers, and school teachers to understand in a meaningful and practical way the problems of adaptation of yesterday’s schoolchildren in the university.
