Система оценок в образовательных учреждениях как технология инновационного менеджмента образовательного процесса
Аннотация. Система оценок, используемая в образовательных учреждениях предмет постоянных дебатов. Данное исследование направлено на изучение возможности использования оценок для выявления недостатков в образовательном процессе. С этой целью на основе международных практик сформированы модели, способствующие обозначать и решать выявленные проблемы, без травмирования психики учеников. Результат исследования показал, что внедрение сформированных моделей позволяет улучшать как образовательный процесс, так и успеваемость ребёнка и качество урока.

ASSESSMENT SYSTEM IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AS A TECHNOLOGY OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract. The grading system used in educational institutions is a subject of constant debate. This study aims to explore the possibility of using assessments to identify shortcomings in the educational process. To this end, on the basis of international practices, models have been formed that help identify and solve the identified problems, without traumatizing the psyche of students. The result of the study showed that the introduction of the formed models allows to improve both the educational process and the child's academic performance and the quality of the lesson.
