Социальное партнёрство как основа неформального и информального повышения квалификации учителей естественно-математических дисциплин Челябинской области
Аннотация. В статье проводится анализ аспектов социального партнёрства различных форм неформального и информального повышения квалификации учителей естественно-математических дисциплин Челябинской области. Анализируя формирующуюся в региональной образовательной системе модель повышения квалификации педагогов, авторы приходят к выводу, что информальное повышение квалификации учителей естественно-математических дисциплин, наряду с формальным и неформальным обучением, может быть ведущим, а не дополнительным, поскольку стимулирует ценностно-мотивационную составляющую профессионального развития педагога. Рассмотренная модель повышения квалификации педагогов в рамках социального партнёрства может, по утверждению авторов, стать надёжной основой развития естественнонаучного мышления учащихся, их профессионального самоопределения в регионе.

Abstract. The article analyzes the aspects of social partnership of various forms of informal and informal training of teachers of natural and mathematical disciplines of the Chelyabinsk region. Analyzing the model of teachers ‘ professional development emerging in the regional educational system, the authors come to the conclusion that formal professional development of teachers of natural and mathematical disciplines, along with formal and informal training, can be leading, not additional, since it stimulates the value motivational component of professional development of the teacher. The considered model of professional development of teachers in the framework of social partnership can, according to the authors, become a reliable basis for the development of natural science thinking of students, their professional self-determination in the region.
