Аннотация. В статье раскрыто важное условие формирования универсальных учебных действий у учащихся 5–7-х классов — обеспечение готовности педагогов к данному процессу. Данное условие базируетcя на принципе непрерывности образования. Автор раскрывает компоненты готовности: смысло-деятельностный, содержательно-деятельностный, рефлексивный. Представлена система показателей и критериев готовности педагогов к процессу формирования универсальных учебных действий у учащихся 5–7-х классов. В контекст исследования включены профессиональные умения.

Annotation. In the article the important condition of formation of universal educational actions at pupils of 5–7 classesensuring readiness of teachers to this process is opened. This condition is based on the principle of continuity of education. The author reveals the components of readiness: meaning-activity, content-activity, reflexive. The system of indicators and criteria of teachers' readiness for the process of formation of universal educational actions in students of 5–7 grades is presented. Professional skills are included in the research context.
