В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей восприятия ценностей и смыслов участия в волонтерских практиках представителей разных поколений. Анализируются основные мотивы участия представителей трех поколений в добровольческой деятельности, ценности добровольчества, наиболее важные для волонтеров, и главные атрибуты, которые делают данную деятельность привлекательной для них.

Values and meanings of volunteerism: generational analysis

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of the perception of values and meanings of participation in volunteer practices of representatives of different generations. The article analyzes the main motives for the participation of representatives of three generations in volunteering, the values of volunteerism, the most important for volunteers, and the main attributes that make this activity attractive to them.
