В статье рассматриваются особенности методической поддержки учителей в процессе обучения ценностному диалогу школы с учеником, семьей. Даются рефлексивные инструменты анализа урока, на основе которых может быть организовано взаимопосещение и обсуждение аспектов ценностного диалога в начальной школе. Методическая поддержка учителей важна для развития профессиональной рефлексивности, способствующей совершенствованию педагогической деятельности.

Methodological assistance of a teacher in the values dialogue of school, pupil and family

Abstract. The article discusses the peculiarities of methodological assistance of teachers in the process of teaching a values dialogue of school with pupil and families. It offers the reflection tools of the lesson analyses on the base of which there could be organized mutual lesson attendance and discussion of the aspects of values dialogue in the elementary school/Methodological assistance of teachers is vital for the development of professional reflection contributing to the improvement of pedagogical activity.
