Педагогическая деятельность Александра Захаренко в контексте становления педагогики сотрудничества
В статье рассматривается педагогическая деятельность А.А.Захаренко — педагога, академика НАПН Украины, директора Сахновской школы Черкасской области. Анализируется творческое наследие педагога через призму идей гуманизма в учебно-воспитательном процессе. Акцентируется внимание на компонентах образовательной системы, влияющих на успешное сотрудничество и сотворчество семьи и школы, что отражено в педагогике сотрудничества. Деятельность педагога вызывает значительный интерес среди современных учёных, а его влияние на образовательное пространство остаётся образцом для последующих поколений.

The Teaching Practice of Alexander Zakharenko in the Context of the Development of Collaborative Pedagogy

Abstract. This article explores the teaching practice of A.A. Zakharenko, a teacher, academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, and director of the Sakhnovskaya School in the Cherkasy Region. The author examines his creative legacy through the lens of humanist ideas in the educational process. Emphasis is placed on the components of the educational system that encompass the cause-and-effect relationship of successful collaboration between family and school.
Based on an analysis of the practical work of the Sakhnovskaya School director, the theoretical aspects of the teacher's teaching and educational work were identified. Considering historical sources, an overview of A.A. Zakharenko's teaching practice was provided, focusing on the modernization of school life. It was established that the researcher founded his own school, which addressed issues of spirituality and culture among schoolchildren. The article examines the key forms and methods used by the innovator in the educational process. It is established that the researcher's ideas are aimed at co-creation between school and family, which is reflected in a collaborative pedagogy. The teacher's work has generated considerable interest among scholars, and his influence on the educational space serves as a model for future generations.
