Интеллектуальные игры как практика воспитания интеллектуальных лидеров в условиях дополнительного образования детей
Целью исследования явилось обоснование значимости интеллектуальных игр в развитии интеллектуальных лидеров в условиях дополнительного образования детей. В статье раскрывается педагогический потенциал интеллектуальных игр в развитии качеств интеллектуального лидера, описываются развивающие, познавательные, воспитательные и другие функции интеллектуальных игр; формулируются организационно-педагогические условия, выполнение которых обеспечит эффективность их использования.

Abstract. The aim of this study was to substantiate the importance of intellectual games in developing intellectual leaders in children's supplemental education. This article explores the pedagogical potential of intellectual games in developing intellectual leadership qualities, describes the developmental, cognitive, educational, and other functions of intellectual games, and formulates organizational and pedagogical conditions that will ensure their effective use.
