Аннотация. В статье на основе анализа научных источников обоснована актуальность заявленной проблемы, представлены некоторые духовные традиции Русского Севера и их отражение в воспитании ребёнка в карельской крестьянской семье. Особое внимание в статье уделено традициям уважения к личности каждого человека, почитания старших, доброты и отзывчивости, честности и доверия, трудолюбия и ответственности.

Spiritual Traditions of the Russian North as a Basis for Education

Abstract. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the article substantiates the relevance of the stated problem and presents some spiritual traditions of the Russian North and their reflection in the upbringing of a child in a Karelian peasant family. The article pays special attention to the traditions of respect for the individual, reverence for elders, kindness and responsiveness, honesty and trust, hard work, and responsibility.
