Педагогические возможности технологии «Социальная акция» в воспитании младших школьников
В статье рассматривается эффективность воспитательной работы в начальной школе в контексте реализации требований ФГОС НОО к личностным результатам образования. Целью работы является теоретическое обоснование и практическая верификация педагогических возможностей технологии «Социальная акция», разработанной Н. П. Гришаевой, в воспитательном процессе начальной школы. На основе анализа сущности и принципов технологии представлен и детально проанализирован успешный опыт её реализации в практике общеобразовательных учреждений на примере двух кейсов: благотворительной акции «Рождественская ярмарка» и патриотической акции «Школьная Книга Памяти». В статье доказывается, что технология «Социальная акция» выступает эффективным инструментом формирования эмпатии, ответственности, патриотизма, умения работать в команде, а также преобразования абстрактных нравственных категорий в личностно значимую практическую деятельность. Результаты проведённого анализа свидетельствуют о высоком воспитательном потенциале технологии, её способности интегрировать учебное, социальное и личностное развитие ребёнка.

Pedagogical Possibilities Of The «Social Action» Technology In Education Primary School Students

Abstract. The article examines the problem of the effectiveness of educational work in primary schools in the context of the implementation of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education for personal educational outcomes. The purpose of the work is the theoretical substantiation and practical verification of the pedagogical capabilities of the “Social Action” technology developed by N. P. Grishaeva in the educational process of primary schools. Based on the analysis of the essence and principles of this technology, the successful experience of its implementation in the practice of educational institutions is presented and analyzed in detail using the example of two cases: the charity event “Christmas Fair” and the patriotic campaign “School Book of Memory”. The article proves that the technology of “Social Action” is an effective tool for the formation of empathy, responsibility, patriotism, the ability to work in a team, as well as the transformation of abstract moral categories into personally significant practical activities. The results of the analysis indicate the high educational potential of technology, its ability to integrate the educational, social and personal development of the child.
