Рабочая тетрадь как инструмент профессиональной подготовки и развития рефлексивных навыков будущих вожатых
В статье представлено описание рабочей тетради для будущих вожатых, используемой в ГАУ АО «ЦДО «Северный Артек» в процессе их профессиональной подготовки. Рабочая тетрадь с элементами рефлексивного дневника рассматривается авторами как важный дополнительный инструмент для включения участников в процесс обучения. Использование тетради способствует оптимизации образовательного процесса, качественному усвоению учебного материала, развитию профессиональных навыков и рефлексивно-оценочных действий.

Workbook as a tool for professional training and development of reflective skills of future camp counselors

Abstract. The article presents a description of the workbook designed for future camp counselors, which is utilized at the State Autonomous Institution of the Arkhangelsk Region «Children's Recreation Center «Severny Artek» during their training process. Incorporating elements of a reflective diary, the workbook is regarded by the authors as an important supplementary tool for involving participants in the learning process. Its use contributes to optimizing the educational process, ensuring effective assimilation of training material and fostering the development of professional skills and reflective-evaluative actions.
