Реализация волонтёрской работы в учреждениях дополнительного образования
В статье рассматривается реализация волонтёрской работы в учреждениях дополнительного образования. Описывается роль волонтёрства в воспитании и развитии детей, а также основные формы волонтёрской деятельности. Анализируются практики внедрения и функционирования волонтёрских программ в системе дополнительного образования России и Санкт-Петербурга. Рассматриваются цели, формы и направления волонтёрской деятельности, а также её роль в развитии личностных и профессиональных компетенций участников. Особое внимание уделено взаимодействию образовательных учреждений с волонтёрскими объединениями, вопросам мотивации и поддержки добровольцев. На основе изучения опыта отдельных образовательных организаций города выделены эффективные практики и обозначены проблемы, требующие решения. В заключение представлены рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию волонтёрского движения в системе дополнительного образования.

Abstract: the article considers the implementation of volunteer work in institutions of supplementary education. It describes the role of volunteering in the upbringing and development of children, as well as the main forms of volunteer activity. The practices of implementation and functioning of volunteer programs in the system of supplementary education in Russia and St. Petersburg are analyzed. The goals, forms and directions of volunteer activity, as well as its role in the development of personal and professional competencies of participants are considered. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of educational institutions with volunteer associations, issues of motivation and support of volunteers. Based on the study of the experience of individual educational organizations of the city, effective practices are identified and problems requiring solutions are identified. In conclusion, recommendations are presented for the further development of the volunteer movement in the system of additional education.
