Этнокультурный компонент в развитии личности ребёнка в условиях дополнительного образования
В статье раскрывается роль этнокультурного компонента в дополнительном образовании для развития личности ребёнка. Подчеркивается важность знакомства детей с национальными традициями, языком и ценностями для укрепления самосознания и уважения к другим культурам. Представлены результаты исследования, подтверждающие, что этнокультурные элементы бурятского народа способствуют развитию мотивации, творческих и коммуникативных навыков у детей.

Ethnocultural component in the development of the personality of the child in conditions of additional education

Abstract: The article reveals the role of the ethnocultural component in additional education for the development of the personality of the child. The importance of acquaintance of children with national traditions, language and values to strengthen self -awareness and respect for other cultures is emphasized. The results of the study are presented that the ethnocultural elements of the Buryat people contribute to the development of motivation, creative and communicative skills in children.
