Элементы арт-терапии в практической работе педагога-психолога
В статье рассматриваются возможности использования элементов арт-терапии в деятельности педагога-психолога. Арт-терапия является эффективным методом психологической помощи, который позволяет работать с эмоциональными состояниями, развивать креативность и улучшать коммуникативные навыки у детей и подростков. В исследовании анализируются различные техники арт-терапии, такие как рисование, лепка, коллажирование и другие виды творчества, а также их влияние на психоэмоциональное состояние учащихся. Особое внимание уделяется интеграции этих методов в образовательный процесс и их применению в индивидуальной и групповой работе с детьми разного возраста. Результаты исследования показывают высокую эффективность применения арт-терапевтических техник в работе педагогов-психологов и подчёркивают важность их дальнейшего изучения и внедрения в практику.

Elements of art therapy in the practical work of a teacher-psychologist

Abstract: The article discusses the possibilities of using art therapy elements in the activities of a teacher-psychologist. Art therapy is an effective method of psychological assistance that allows you to work with emotional states, develop creativity and improve communication skills in children and adolescents. The study analyzes various art therapy techniques, such as drawing, modeling, collage and other types of creativity, as well as their impact on the psycho-emotional state of students. Particular attention is paid to the integration of these methods into the educational process and their use in individual and group work with children of different ages. The results of the study show the high efficiency of art therapy techniques in the work of teacher-psychologists and emphasize the importance of their further study and implementation in practice.
