Взаимодействие вожатого с родителями, отправляющими ребёнка в лагерь: потенциальные конфликты
В статье рассматриваются вопросы организации взаимодействия детского оздоровительного лагеря и родителей, как заказчиков услуг. Представлены типичные ситуации потенциального конфликта в процессе приёма ребёнка в лагерь, описаны возможные последствия. Сделан вывод о том, что продуктивное взаимодействие вожатых с родителями способствует созданию доверительных отношений между детским лагерем и его клиентами.

The Camp Counselor's Interaction With The Parents Who Send The Child To The Camp: Potential Conflicts

ABSTRACT. The article discusses the issues of organizing the interaction of a children’s health camp and parents as customers of services. Typical situations of potential conflict in the process of admitting a child to a camp are presented, and possible consequences are described. It is concluded that the productive interaction of counselors with parents contributes to the creation of trusting relationships between the children’s camp and its clients.
