Influence of social space of school on formation and development of professional skill of the teacher as the educator

Abstract. The article deals with the conditions for the development of the professional skill of the teacher as educator in the social space of the school. It is determined that for the processes of formation and development of the professional-personal position of the educator, the first years of professional activity are of great importance. The concepts of «social space», «educational space» and «upbringing space» are analyzed. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the social space of the school are formulated, which affect the development of the professional skill of the teacher as a teacher.
