К пониманию педагогами проблемы поддержания этнокультурных ценностей у учеников начальной школы (на примере образовательной организации г. Ижевска)
СТАТЬЯ АКЦЕНТИРУЕТ ВНИМАНИЕ НА ТОМ, ЧТО НАУЧНОЕ ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМ ПОДДЕРЖАНИЯ ЭТНОКУЛЬТУРНЫХ ЦЕННОСТЕЙ В СИСТЕМЕ НАЧАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ НЕОБХОДИМО ПРОВОДИТЬ С ЦЕЛЬЮ СОХРАНЕНИЯ ЭТНОКУЛЬТУРНОЙ САМОБЫТНОСТИ ИЗУЧАЕМОЙ ТЕРРИТОРИИ. ОСОБЕННО ЭТО ВАЖНО, КОГДА РЕЧЬ ЗАХОДИТ О НАЦИОНАЛЬНЫХ РЕСПУБЛИКАХ В СОСТАВЕ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ. АНАЛИТИЧЕСКАЯ РАБОТА УЧЁНЫХ ВАЖНА ДЛЯ ВЫЯСНЕНИЯ МЕХАНИЗМОВ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ЦЕННОСТНЫХ ОРИЕНТИРОВ МЛАДШЕГО ШКОЛЬНИКА И ЕГО ПЕДАГОГОВ, А ТАКЖЕ ДЛЯ ВЫЯВЛЕНИЯ СПОСОБОВ АКТУАЛИЗАЦИИ ЭТНИЧЕСКИХ МАРКЕРОВ, УКРЕПЛЕНИЯ МЕЖКУЛЬТУРНОГО ДИАЛОГА, ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ГАРМОНИЧНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ПОЛИЭТНИЧНОГО РЕГИОНАЛЬНОГО СООБЩЕСТВА. В ПРОЦЕССЕ АНАЛИЗА ЭКСПЕРТНЫХ ИНТЕРВЬЮ С УЧИТЕЛЯМИ ОБЩЕОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ШКОЛЫ Г. ИЖЕВСКА АВТОР СТАТЬИ ОПРЕДЕЛЯЕТ ПРОБЛЕМЫ, НА КОТОРЫЕ ОБРАЩАЮТ ВНИМАНИЕ ПЕДАГОГИ НАЧАЛЬНОЙ ШКОЛЫ; ПРЕДЛАГАЕТ ПУТИ РЕШЕНИЯ ПОДОБНЫХ ПРОБЛЕМ.

TOWARDS UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM OF SUPPORTING ETHNOCULTURAL VALUES OF STUDENTS BY PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS (USING THE EXAMPLE OF AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION IN THE CITY OF IZHEVSK)

Abstract. The article draws attention to the need for scientific study of the problems of maintaining ethnocultural values in the primary education system to preserve and develop the ethnocultural identity of the studied territory. This is especially important when it comes to the national republics within Russia. The researchers analytical work is important for elucidating the mechanisms underlying the development of value orientations in primary school students and their teachers, as well as identifying ways to enhance ethnic markers, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and ensure the harmonious development of a multiethnic regional community. By analyzing expert interviews with teachers at a comprehensive school in Izhevsk, the author identifies the issues addressed by primary school teachers and proposes common solutions to address these challenges.
