POSSIBILITIES OF INTRA-CORPORATE TRAINING IN A GENERAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION IN ENSURING THE PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS OF TEACHERS

Abstract. The article actualizes the importance of continuous development of teachers, establishes its influence on professional success. The definition of this phenomenon is given. The possibilities of internal corporate training in ensuring the professional success of teachers are revealed. The directions of training of teachers at school, the knowledge being improved, the forms and methods of training, the types of educational activities that contribute to the achievement of success of teachers, the growth of competitiveness of schools are characterized.
