В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ АКТУАЛЬНОЙ ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ ЗАДАЧА ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ-ПРЕДМЕТНИКОВ В ОБЛАСТИ РАЗРАБОТКИ И ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ЛИЧНОСТНО ОРИЕНТИРОВАННЫХ ЦИФРОВЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ РЕСУРСОВ (ЦОР). ОСОБУЮ ПЕРСПЕКТИВУ ПРЕДСТАВЛЯЕТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ЧАТ-БОТОВ С ГЕНЕРАТИВНЫМ ИСКУССТВЕННЫМ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТОМ (ИИ) ДЛЯ СОЗДАНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛИЗИРОВАННОГО ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО КОНТЕНТА. ЦЕЛЬЮ СТАТЬИ ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ АНАЛИЗ НАУЧНО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКИХ ПОДХОДОВ К ОБУЧЕНИЮ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ-ПРЕДМЕТНИКОВ РАЗРАБОТКЕ И ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ ЛИЧНОСТНО ОРИЕНТИРОВАННЫХ ЦОР С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ ЧАТ-БОТОВ С ГЕНЕРАТИВНЫМ ИИ, А ТАКЖЕ ВЫЯВЛЕНИЕ КЛЮЧЕВЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ, НЕОБХОДИМЫХ ДЛЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОЙ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ДАННОГО ПОДХОДА. МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ОСНОВОЙ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ АНАЛИЗ НАУЧНОЙ ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ, ПОСВЯЩЁННОЙ ВОПРОСАМ ЦИФРОВОЙ ДИДАКТИКИ, ЛИЧНОСТНО ОРИЕНТИРОВАННОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ, ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ИИ В ОБРАЗОВАНИИ, А ТАКЖЕ ОБОБЩЕНИЕ ОПЫТА РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ПРОГРАММ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ-ПРЕДМЕТНИКОВ. В ХОДЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ВЫЯВЛЕНЫ КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ НАУЧНО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ОБУЧЕНИЮ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ-ПРЕДМЕТНИКОВ РАЗРАБОТКЕ И ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ ЛИЧНОСТНО ОРИЕНТИРОВАННЫХ ЦОР С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ ЧАТ-БОТОВ С ГЕНЕРАТИВНЫМ ИИ, ВКЛЮЧАЮЩИЕ: ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ПОНИМАНИЯ ПРИНЦИПОВ ЛИЧНОСТНО ОРИЕНТИРОВАННОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ, ОСВОЕНИЕ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ ГЕНЕРАТИВНОГО ИИ, РАЗРАБОТКУ СЦЕНАРИЕВ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ЧАТ-БОТОВ ДЛЯ ПЕРСОНАЛИЗАЦИИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО КОНТЕНТА, А ТАКЖЕ ОЦЕНКУ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ РАЗРАБОТАННЫХ ЦОР. ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ЧАТ-БОТОВ С ГЕНЕРАТИВНЫМ ИИ ОТКРЫВАЕТ НОВЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ДЛЯ СОЗДАНИЯ ЛИЧНОСТНО ОРИЕНТИРОВАННЫХ ЦОР, ОДНАКО ТРЕБУЕТ ОТ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ-ПРЕДМЕТНИКОВ ОСВОЕНИЯ НОВЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ И ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ НАУЧНО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКИХ ПОДХОДОВ, ОБЕСПЕЧИВАЮЩИХ ЭФФЕКТИВНУЮ ИНТЕГРАЦИЮ ИИ В ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫЙ ПРОЦЕСС.

METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY-ORIENTED TSOR USING CHATBOTS WITH GENERATIVE AI

Abstract. Introduction. In the context of digital transformation of education, the task of improving the qualifications of subject teachers in the development and use of personality-oriented digital educational resources (DER) is relevant. The use of chatbots with generative artificial intelligence (AI) for creating personalized educational content is particularly promising. Problem statement. The purpose of this article is to analyze scientific and methodological approaches to teaching subject teachers to develop and use personality-oriented digital educational resources using chatbots with generative AI, as well as to identify the key competencies necessary for the effective implementation of this approach. Research methodology and techniques. The research methodology is based on the analysis of scientific literature on digital didactics, personality-oriented learning, and the application of AI in education, as well as the generalization of experience in implementing advanced training programs for subject teachers. Results. The study identified key scientific and methodological approaches to teaching subject teachers to develop and use personality-oriented TSOR using chatbots with generative AI, including: understanding the principles of person-centered learning, mastering generative AI tools, developing scenarios for using chatbots to personalize educational content, and evaluating the effectiveness of the developed scenarios TSOR. Conclusions. The use of chatbots with generative AI opens up new possibilities for creating personalized TSOR, However, it requires subject teachers to acquire new competencies and apply scientific and methodological approaches that ensure the effective integration of AI into the educational process.
