Самореализация как смыслообразующий компонент жизненного мира человека
АКСИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ КРИЗИС И СОПУТСТВУЮЩИЕ ЕМУ ПРОЦЕССЫ НЕОБРАТИМОСТИ И НЕПРЕДСКАЗУЕМОСТИ НЕ ПРЕОДОЛЕВАЮТСЯ МГНОВЕННО. ВЫХОД РОССИИ ИЗ БОЛОНСКОГО ПРОЦЕССА ОБОСТРИЛ ПРОБЛЕМУ САМОРЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ЧЕЛОВЕКА И, В ЧАСТНОСТИ, ПЕДАГОГА, АКТУАЛИЗИРОВАЛ ВЫБОР ЦЕННОСТНЫХ ПРИОРИТЕТОВ В ЕГО ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ, ПОСКОЛЬКУ САМОРЕАЛИЗАЦИЯ — ЦЕЛОСТНЫЙ ПРОЦЕСС, ЯВЛЯЮЩИЙСЯ ВАЖНЕЙШИМ КОМПОНЕНТОМ ДРУГОЙ ЦЕЛОСТНОСТИ — ЖИЗНЕННОГО МИРА ЧЕЛОВЕКА В ЕГО ЭКЗИСТЕНЦИАЛЬНОСТИ. SELF-REALIZATION AS A MEANING-FORMING COMPONENT OF A HUMAN’S LIFEWORLD

Abstract. The axiological crisis and the accompanying processes of irreversibility and unpredictability are not overcome instantly. Russia’s withdrawal from the Bologna process has exacerbated the problem of self-realization of a person, and in particular, a teacher, and actualized the choice of value priorities in his professional activity, since self-realization is a holistic process, which is the most important component of another integrity — the life world of a person in his existentiality. In these conditions, a clear understanding of the axiological basis is necessary as a stable foundation for cultural self-identification in the professional training of a teacher, as a holistic process, when the clarity of the goal of the activity predetermines the ways of achieving it — the conditions of conscious self-construction and the space of creation and self-realization.
