Рефлексивно-деятельностная консультация «Перевод моей слабости в силу»
В СТАТЬЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНА АВТОРСКАЯ ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ РЕФЛЕКСИВНО-ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТНОЙ КОНСУЛЬТАЦИИ СО СТАРШЕКЛАССНИКАМИ, В РЕЗУЛЬТАТЕ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ КОТОРОЙ ШКОЛЬНИКИ НЕ ТОЛЬКО ОТКРЫВАЮТ В СЕБЕ НОВЫЕ, РАНЕЕ СДЕРЖИВАЕМЫЕ КАЧЕСТВА, СЧИТАВШИЕСЯ ИМИ СЛАБЫМИ И БЕСПОЛЕЗНЫМИ, НО И ОБРЕТАЮТ РЕФЛЕКСИВНЫЙ И ПОВЕДЕНЧЕСКИЙ ОПЫТ ИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ В СВОИ СИЛЬНЫЕ И УСПЕШНЫЕ КОММУНИКАТИВНЫЕ УМЕНИЯ. REFLEXIVE-ACTIVITY CONSULTATION “TURNING MY WEAKNESS INTO STRENGTH”

Abstract. The article presents the author’s technology for conducting a reflective-activity consultation with high school students, which results in students not only “discovering” new, previously suppressed qualities that they considered weak and useless, but also gaining a reflective and behavioral experience of transforming them into strong and successful communication skills. The article describes the stages of the consultation, its methodological support, and fragments of the implementation of this technology, which was tested in the pedagogical experience of class teachers at Secondary School No. 62 in the city of Ulyanovsk, who participated in an innovative project to create a school resource center for educational practices.
