Школьный учебник за рубежом: разнообразие или единство
В СТАТЬЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕН СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ПОДХОДОВ К ВЫБОРУ ШКОЛЬНЫХ УЧЕБНИКОВ ЗА РУБЕЖОМ: В СТРАНАХ С ЦЕНТРАЛИЗОВАННОЙ СИСТЕМОЙ УТВЕРЖДЕНИЯ СПИСКА РЕКОМЕНДУЕМЫХ УЧЕБНИКОВ ШКОЛЫ ВЫБИРАЮТ УЧЕБНИКИ ИЗ ЭТОГО СПИСКА; В СТРАНАХ, ГДЕ ТАКОЙ СПИСОК ОТСУТСТВУЕТ, ШКОЛЫ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО ВЫБИРАЮТ УЧЕБНИКИ ИЗ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЙ ИЗДАТЕЛЬСТВ. В НЕКОТОРЫХ СТРАНАХ ПО РАЗЛИЧНЫМ ПРИЧИНАМ РЕАЛИЗУЮТСЯ ЕДИНЫЕ УЧЕБНИКИ ДЛЯ ВСЕХ ПРЕДМЕТОВ (ПАКИСТАН, СЕВЕРНАЯ КОРЕЯ И ДРУГИЕ), ОТДЕЛЬНЫХ ПРЕДМЕТОВ (КАЗАХСТАН, КНР И ДРУГИЕ) ИЛИ УРОВНЕЙ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ (ПОЛЬША, КАЗАХСТАН И ДРУГИЕ), ЧТО ОБЕСПЕЧИВАЕТ УНИФИЦИРОВАННЫЙ ПОДХОД К ОБРАЗОВАНИЮ И КОНТРОЛЬ КАЧЕСТВА. ОТМЕЧАЕТСЯ НАЛИЧИЕ ЕДИНЫХ УЧЕБНИКОВ, ПОДГОТОВЛЕННЫХ СОВМЕСТНО РАЗНЫМИ СТРАНАМИ, В ЦЕЛЯХ ОТРАЖЕНИЯ ОБЩЕЙ ИСТОРИИ И КУЛЬТУРЫ (БЕЛАРУСЬ И РОССИЯ; АЗЕРБАЙДЖАН, КАЗАХСТАН, КЫРГЫЗСТАН И ТУРЦИЯ).

SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS ABROAD: DIVERSITY OR UNITY

Abstract. The article presents a comparative analysis of approaches to the selection of school textbooks abroad: in countries with a centralized system for approving a list of recommended textbooks, schools choose textbooks from this list; in countries where such a list does not exist, schools independently select textbooks from the offers of publishing houses. In some countries, for various reasons, unified textbooks are implemented for all subjects (Pakistan, North Korea, and others), individual subjects (Kazakhstan, China, and others), or levels of education (Poland, Kazakhstan, and others), which ensures a unified approach to education and quality control. The article notes the existence of unified textbooks jointly prepared by different countries in order to reflect common history and culture (Belarus and Russia; Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey).
