Развитие социальной компетентности старших подростков: проблемы и перспективы

НА ОСНОВЕ АНАЛИЗА ДАННЫХ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ (OECD, TALIS) И РОССИЙСКИХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ (ИНСТИТУТ ВОСПИТАНИЯ РАО) ВЫЯВЛЯЕТСЯ СУЩЕСТВЕННОЕ ПРОТИВОРЕЧИЕ МЕЖДУ ДЕКЛАРИРУЕМОЙ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬЮ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНО ОТВЕТСТВЕННОЙ И КОМПЕТЕНТНОЙ ЛИЧНОСТИ И РЕАЛЬНЫМИ ВОЗМОЖНОСТЯМИ ТРАДИЦИОННОГО ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА. DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL COMPETENCE OF OLDER ADOLESCENTS: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract. The article is a theoretical and analytical substantiation of the choice of the development of social competence of older adolescents as an object of scientific research. Based on the analysis of data from international (OECD, TALIS) and Russian studies (Institute of Education of the Russian Academy of Education), a significant contradiction between the declared significance of the formation of a socially responsible and competent personality and the real possibilities of the traditional educational process is revealed. The paper substantiates promising directions for overcoming the identified limitations of modern pedagogical practice.
