Психодиагностика мотивации старшеклассников с использованием теста юмористических фраз
ДЛЯ ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ ЦЕЛЕЙ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ РАБОТЫ С ОБУЧАЮЩИМИСЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ СРЕДНЕЙ ШКОЛЫ НЕОБХОДИМ КОМПЛЕКСНЫЙ ПОДХОД. ОН ЗАКЛЮЧАЕТСЯ ПРЕЖДЕ ВСЕГО В ГАРМОНИЧНОМ РАЗВИТИИ ЛИЧНОСТИ УЧЕНИКА И ЕГО ПСИХИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЦЕССОВ, СОСТОЯНИЙ, СВОЙСТВ И ОБРАЗОВАНИЙ. ОДНИМ ИЗ НИХ ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ МОТИВАЦИЯ КАК СОВОКУПНОСТЬ ПОБУДИТЕЛЬНЫХ МОТИВОВ К ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ. МОТИВАЦИЮ НЕОБХОДИМО ФОРМИРОВАТЬ, СОЗДАВАТЬ УСЛОВИЯ ДЛЯ ЕЁ ПЕРЕХОДА ВО ВНУТРЕННИЙ ПЛАН, ТО ЕСТЬ ПОД ПОЛНЫЙ КОНТРОЛЬ ОБУЧАЮЩЕГОСЯ.

РSYCHODIAGNOSTICS OF MOTIVATION OF SCHOOL STUDENTS USING A TEST OF HUMOROUS PHRASES

Abstract. An integrated approach is needed to achieve the goals of educational work with students in secondary school settings. It consists, first of all, in the harmonious development of the student’s personality and professional qualities, mental processes, states, properties and formations. One of them is motivation as a set of motivating motives for activity. Motivation must be formed, conditions must be created for its transition into an internal plan, i.e. under the full control of the student.
