Формирование ценностного отношения к профессии обучающихся психолого-педагогических классов
В СТАТЬЕ РАССМАТРИВАЕТСЯ ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЦЕННОСТНОГО ОТНОШЕНИЯ К ПРОФЕССИИ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИХ КЛАССОВ ЧЕРЕЗ ВОВЛЕЧЕНИЕ ИХ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОБЫ. АВТОРАМИ ПРЕДЛАГАЕТСЯ СПОСОБ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ОБОЗНАЧЕННЫХ ПРОБ В ФОРМЕ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЕКТОВ, ЧТО ВКЛЮЧАЕТ ЭТАПЫ: ЗАМЫСЛИВАНИЕ ИДЕИ ОБУЧАЮЩИМИСЯ НА ОСНОВЕ УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЕКТОВ, РЕАЛИЗУЕМЫХ В ШКОЛЕ И МУНИЦИПАЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ; РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ПРОЕКТА ПОД РУКОВОДСТВОМ ПЕДАГОГА-КУРАТОРА; ДЕМОНСТРАЦИИ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ ПРОЕКТА; РЕФЛЕКСИИ. ПРИ ФОРМИРОВАНИИ ЦЕННОСТНОГО ОТНОШЕНИЯ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ К ПРОФЕССИИ ОСОБУЮ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ АВТОРЫ ПРИДАЮТ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ В ПОИСКЕ И РАЗРАБОТКЕ ПРОЕКТНОЙ ИДЕИ. ОПИСЫВАЕТСЯ ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ НЕКОТОРЫХ МЕТОДОВ И ПРИЁМОВ ДЛЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЯ УЧАЩИМИСЯ.

FORMATION OF THE VALUE ATTITUDE OF STUDENTS IN PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CLASSES TO THE PROFESSION

Abstract. The article examines the problem of forming the value attitude of students in psychological and pedagogical classes to the profession through their involvement in pre-professional pedagogical tests. The authors propose a way to organize the designated tests in the form of pedagogical projects. Work on the project includes the stages of conceiving the project by students on the basis of management and pedagogical projects implemented in the school and the municipal education system; implementation of the project under the guidance of a teacher-curator; demonstrating project results; sample reflections. When forming the value attitude of students to the profession, the authors attach special importance to the independence of schoolchildren in searching and developing a project idea; describes the experience of using some methods and techniques for organizing pedagogical design by students.
