Индивидуализация воспитательного процесса обучающихся: задачи и формы педагогического сопровождения
В СТАТЬЕ РАСКРЫВАЕТСЯ ПОНЯТИЕ «ВОСПИТЫВАЮЩЕЕ ОБУЧЕНИЕ», ПРИ КОТОРОМ ДОСТИГАЕТСЯ СВЯЗЬ МЕЖДУ ПРИОБРЕТЕНИЕМ ОБУЧАЮЩИМИСЯ ЗНАНИЙ, УМЕНИЙ И НАВЫКОВ И ТЕМ, КАКИЕ МЕТОДИКИ И ФОРМЫ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ МОГУТ БЫТЬ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНЫ ПЕДАГОГАМИ. ОБОСНОВЫВАЕТСЯ ПОНИМАНИЕ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ И ЕЁ ОСНОВНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ; ОПРЕДЕЛЯЮТСЯ УСЛОВИЯ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ИНДИВИДУАЛИЗАЦИИ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА СПОСОБНЫХ И ТАЛАНТЛИВЫХ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ, ДЕМОНСТРИРУЮЩИХ ВЫДАЮЩИЕСЯ КАЧЕСТВА В РАЗЛИЧНЫХ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯХ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ. РАССМАТРИВАЕТСЯ НЕОБХОДИМОСТЬ ЦЕЛЕНАПРАВЛЕННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ, ИНИЦИАТИВЫ И ПОЗНАВАТЕЛЬНОГО ИНТЕРЕСА У ОБУЧАЮЩЕГОСЯ КАК ГЛАВНОГО ФАКТОРА ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ ЕГО ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНОСТИ; ОБОСНОВАНЫ УСЛОВИЯ И ФОРМЫ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЯ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ.

INDIVIDUALIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF STUDENTS: TASKS AND FORMS OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT

Astract. The article reveals the concept of “nurturing learning” in which the connection between the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities by students and what methods and forms of organization can be used by teachers is achieved. The understanding of educational activity and its main components are substantiated; the conditions of providing individualization of educational process of capable and talented students who demonstrate outstanding abilities in different areas of activity are determined. The problem of the necessity of purposeful development of independence, initiative and cognitive interest of the student as the main factor of manifestation of his individuality is considered; the conditions and forms of pedagogical support of students are substantiated.
