DEVELOPMENT OF THE VALUE-ORIENTED UNITY OF THE TEACHING STAFF AS THE MOST IMPORTANT CONDITION FOR THE FORMATION OF THE «SPIRIT» OF THE GYMNASIUM

Abstract. The article presents the author's technology for the formation of the «spirit» of the gymnasium through the development of the value-oriented unity of the teaching staff. The presented technology of progressive development of the corporate «spirit» of the gymnasium is the result of a pedagogical experiment within the framework of research activities in one of the leading gymnasiums in Ulyanovsk. The article describes the experience of “highlighting” the value “core” of the gymnasium and designing educational events that implement the basic values of the educational institution.
