Abstract. As a result of the study of the possibilities of differentiation of students by interests, the concepts of «differentiated education», «individual development routes» are considered, the preferred forms and methods of artistic and aesthetic education of students of different groups, including artistically gifted children, are determined; Examples of the use of differentiated task cards are given.
