Образовательное событие в сетевом проекте по наставничеству: технологии организации и проведения
В СТАТЬЕ РАССМАТРИВАЮТСЯ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ И ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО СОБЫТИЯ В СЕТЕВОМ ПРОЕКТЕ ПО НАСТАВНИЧЕСТВУ, КОТОРЫЙ ВКЛЮЧАЕТ В СЕБЯ СЕМЬ ШКОЛ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БУРЯТИЯ. АКТУАЛИЗАЦИЯ ОБОЗНАЧЕННОГО ВЫШЕ ТЕЗИСА ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ ЦЕЛЬЮ НАПИСАНИЯ СТАТЬИ. ПОДЧЁРКИВАЕТСЯ, ЧТО ЛЮБОЕ СОБЫТИЕ ПРЕДПОЛАГАЕТ СОВМЕСТНОЕ БЫТИЕ («СО-БЫТИЕ»), ТО ЕСТЬ БЫТЬ НЕ ТОЛЬКО САМИМ СОБОЙ, НО И БЫТЬ ВМЕСТЕ С ДРУГИМИ, ВОСПРИНИМАЯ И ПОНИМАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ СОБЫТИЯ. ДОКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ, ЧТО ИМЕННО В СОСТОЯНИИ «СО-БЫТИЯ» ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ УЧАСТНИКОВ ПРОЕКТА МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ ТВОРЧЕСКОЙ И ИХ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ МЕЖДУ СОБОЙ СТРОИТСЯ НА ОСНОВЕ ПРИНЯТИЯ ДРУГ ДРУГА, ВДОХНОВЕНИЯ И ОПЫТА. НА ОСНОВАНИИ ПРОВЕДЁННОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ДЕЛАЕТСЯ ВЫВОД О НЕОБХОДИМОСТИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ И ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ СОБЫТИЙ В РАМКАХ РАЗВИТИЯ НАСТАВНИЧЕСТВА. ПРИВОДЯТСЯ НЕКОТОРЫЕ ПРИМЕРЫ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ И ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ СОБЫТИЙ В СЕТЕВОМ ПРОЕКТЕ.

AN EDUCATIONAL EVENT IN A NETWORK MENTORING PROJECT: TECHNOLOGIES FOR ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING

Abstract. The article discusses the specifics of organizing and conducting an educational event in a network mentoring project that includes seven schools in the Republic of Buryatia. Updating the thesis outlined above is the purpose of writing the article. It is emphasized that any event presupposes joint existence ("co-existence"), i.e., to be not only oneself, but also to be together with others, perceiving and understanding the significance of the event. It is proved that it is in the state of "co-existence" that the activities of the project participants can be creative and their interaction with each other is based on acceptance of each other, inspiration and experience. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that it is necessary to organize and conduct educational events within the framework of mentoring development. Some examples of the technology of organizing and conducting educational events in a network project are given.
