В СТАТЬЕ РАССМАТРИВАЮТСЯ ЭТАПЫ РАБОТЫ ГОРОДСКОЙ СЛУЖБЫ ПРИМИРЕНИЯ С УЧАСТНИКАМИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ, НАХОДЯЩИХСЯ В КОНФЛИКТЕ. АКЦЕНТ ДЕЛАЕТСЯ НА СИТУАЦИИ, КОГДА УЧАЩИЙСЯ НЕ МОЖЕТ КОНТРОЛИРОВАТЬ СВОЁ ПОВЕДЕНИЕ, КОТОРОЕ ПРИЧИНЯЕТ ВРЕД ОКРУЖАЮЩИМ, И ОНИ ТРЕБУЮТ УДАЛЕНИЯ УЧАЩЕГОСЯ ИЗ КЛАССА. ПРИ ЭТОМ ПРОСТЫХ СПОСОБОВ ПОВЛИЯТЬ НА ПОВЕДЕНИЕ УЧЕНИКА У ОКРУЖАЮЩИХ НЕТ. РАБОТА ГОРОДСКОЙ СЛУЖБЫ ПРИМИРЕНИЯ НАПРАВЛЕНА НА ОРГАНИЗАЦИЮ ПОЭТАПНОЙ КОММУНИКАЦИИ ВСЕХ УЧАСТНИКОВ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ, АНАЛИЗ СИТУАЦИИ И СОВМЕСТНЫЙ ПОИСК СОГЛАСОВАННЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ.

AN APPROXIMATE ALGORITHM FOR THE WORK OF THE RECONCILIATION SERVICE WITH A CONFLICT SITUATION WHEN A STUDENT CANNOT CONTROL HIS BEHAVIOR

Abstract: The article examines the stages of work of the city reconciliation service with participants in educational relations in conflict. The emphasis is on a situation where a student cannot control his behavior, which causes harm to others, and they require the student to be removed from the classroom. At the same time, there are no simple ways to influence the behavior of a student from others. The work of the city reconciliation service is aimed at organizing step-by-step communication of all participants in educational relations, analyzing the situation and jointly searching for agreed solutions.
