Разработка модели взаимодействия школьной психологической службы и классных руководителей через рефлексивно-деловую игру

DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICE AND CLASSROOM TEACHERS THROUGH A REFLEXIVE BUSINESS GAME

Abstract. The article presents the author's technology of conducting a reflexive business game with teachers, the result of which is a model of interaction between the school psychological service and classroom teachers. The article describes the stages of the game, its methodological support, questions for discussion. This game was tested in MBOU Secondary School No. 62 in Ulyanovsk with classroom teachers participating in an innovative project to create a school resource center for educational practices. The presented article contains the scenario of the game and fragments of the intermediate results of the game conducted with the teaching staff of the secondary school No. 62 of Ulyanovsk.
