Abstract. The article describes the experience of using Lesson study technology in the framework of organizing methodological support for teaching staff using the example of two educational organizations. The positions of its application in the mentoring format are revealed, the effects that contribute to the professional development of teachers using the internal resources of the organization are analyzed, recommendations are presented on the use of technology to solve problems of internal corporate professional development in schools.
