В СТАТЬЕ РАССМАТРИВАЮТСЯ ПРОФИЛАКТИЧЕСКИЕ КРУГИ СООБЩЕСТВА В ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯХ КАК ОДНО ИЗ УСЛОВИЙ ЛИЧНОСТНОГО РОСТА ОБУЧАЮЩЕГОСЯ И ПОЛНОЦЕННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ КОЛЛЕКТИВА. ОТМЕЧАЕТСЯ, ЧТО ЭТА ВОССТАНОВИТЕЛЬНАЯ ПРОГРАММА, ОБЛАДАЮЩАЯ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНЫМ ПОТЕНЦИАЛОМ, НАПРАВЛЕНА НА ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЙ КОНФЛИКТНЫХ СИТУАЦИЙ, УСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ПРАВИЛ ЖИЗНЕДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ КОЛЛЕКТИВА ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ НА ОСНОВЕ СОГЛАСОВАНИЯ ЦЕННОСТЕЙ И ЦЕЛЕЙ. ДЕЛАЮТСЯ ВЫВОДЫ ОБ ЭФФЕКТИВНОЙ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА КРУГОВ ПО ИТОГАМ ИХ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ.

EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF PREVENTIVE COMMUNITY CIRCLES IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract. Preventive community circles in educational organizations are one of the conditions for the personal growth of the student and the full development of the group. This restorative program, which has educational potential, is aimed at preventing the consequences of conflict situations, establishing rules for the life of a group of students based on the coordination of values and goals. The author draws conclusions about the effective realization of the educational potential of circles based on the results of their conduct.
