Высокий уровень инклюзивной готовности — способ решения актуальных педагогических задач
В СТАТЬЕ РАССМАТРИВАЕТСЯ ГОТОВНОСТЬ ПЕДАГОГА К ИНКЛЮЗИИ КАК НЕОБХОДИМОЕ КАЧЕСТВО ЛИЧНОСТИ СОВРЕМЕННОГО УЧИТЕЛЯ. АНАЛИЗИРУЮТСЯ ПОДХОДЫ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАТЕЛЕЙ К ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЮ ПОНЯТИЯ «ГОТОВНОСТЬ К ИНКЛЮЗИВНОМУ ОБРАЗОВАНИЮ». НА ОСНОВЕ АНАЛИЗА И ОБОБЩЕНИЯ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ДИССЕРТАЦИОННЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ ОПРЕДЕЛЯЮТСЯ И ХАРАКТЕРИЗУЮТСЯ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ ЗАДАЧИ, ДЛЯ РЕШЕНИЯ КОТОРЫХ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИНКЛЮЗИИ НЕОБХОДИМ ВЫСОКИЙ УРОВЕНЬ ИНКЛЮЗИВНОЙ ГОТОВНОСТИ. А ТАКЖЕ ВКРАТЦЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНА МОДЕЛЬ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ГОТОВНОСТИ ПЕДАГОГА К ИНКЛЮЗИВНОМУ ОБРАЗОВАНИЮ.

Abstract. The teacher’s readiness for inclusion is a necessary quality of the personality of a modern teacher. Analysis of the approaches of modern researchers to the definition of the concept of “readiness for inclusive education”. The article, based on the analysis and generalization of modern dissertation research, identifies and characterizes pedagogical tasks that require a high level of inclusive readiness to solve in conditions of inclusion.
