Пилотное исследование в условиях внутришкольного управления
В СТАТЬЕ РАССМАТРИВАЮТСЯ ПИЛОТНЫЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ КАК ДИАГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ ФОРМА ОБРАТНОЙ СВЯЗИ В СТРУКТУРЕ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА, ПОЗВОЛЯЮЩИЕ УСТАНАВЛИВАТЬ «БОЛЕВЫЕ ТОЧКИ» ПРОЦЕССА ОБУЧЕНИЯ И ВОВРЕМЯ СНИМАТЬ ДИДАКТИЧЕСКИЕ ЗАТРУДНЕНИЯ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ. АРГУМЕНТИРУЕТСЯ, ЧТО ТАКИЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ НЕОБХОДИМЫ ДЛЯ УСТОЙЧИВОГО, ПЛАНОМЕРНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ. ОНИ ПОВЫШАЮТ ЕЁ АДАПТИВНОСТЬ К УСЛОВИЯМ ВНЕШНЕЙ СРЕДЫ, ЧТО, В СВОЮ ОЧЕРЕДЬ, ТРЕБУЕТ ПОИСКА ВНУТРЕННИХ РЕСУРСОВ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ, СПОСОБСТВУЮЩИХ СОХРАНЕНИЮ УПРАВЛЯЕМОСТИ, СИСТЕМНОСТИ НАУЧНО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКОЙ РАБОТЫ, ПОВЫШЕНИЮ КАЧЕСТВА РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ.

PILOT STUDY IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTRA-SCHOOL MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The article considers pilot studies as a diagnostic form of feedback in the structure of the educational process, allowing to establish “pain points” of the learning process and to “remove” didactic difficulties of teachers in time. It is argued that such mechanisms are necessary for the sustainable, systematic development of a modern educational organization. They increase its adaptability to the conditions of the external environment, which, in turn, requires the search for internal resources of the educational organization, contributing to the preservation of manageability, systematic scientific and methodological work, improving the quality of educational results.
