В СТАТЬЕ КОНСТАТИРУЕТСЯ, ЧТО В ШКОЛАХ ДЛЯ ОДАРЁННЫХ (ПРОФИЛЬНЫХ ШКОЛАХ, ЛИЦЕЯХ, КОЛЛЕДЖАХ) ПРЕОБЛАДАЮТ УЧАЩИЕСЯ С ХОРОШО РАЗВИТЫМИ СПОСОБНОСТЯМИ, ОДАРЁННЫХ УЧАЩИХСЯ (В РАМКАХ ВЫБРАННОЙ ПРОФИЛИЗАЦИИ) ТОЛЬКО ОКОЛО 15 %. ТРАДИЦИОННАЯ СИСТЕМА ОБУЧЕНИЯ В ШКОЛЕ И ВУЗЕ НЕ ОБЕСПЕЧИВАЕТ ИХ ПОДДЕРЖКУ И РАЗВИТИЕ. ОБНАРУЖЕНА ТЕНДЕНЦИЯ НА СОКРАЩЕНИЕ ОДАРЁННЫХ УЧАЩИХСЯ. ПРЕДЛАГАЕТСЯ ПЕРСОНАЛИЗИРОВАННАЯ ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ, ПОЗВОЛЯЮЩАЯ ОБЕСПЕЧИВАТЬ ПОГРУЖЕНИЕ УЧАЩИХСЯ В ПРОФЕССИЮ И РАЗВИТИЕ ОДАРЁННОСТИ, ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЮ ОДАРЁННОСТИ В ТАЛАНТ.

PERSONALIZED WORK WITH GIFTED STUDENTS AT SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY

Abstract. It has been established that in schools for the gifted (specialized schools, lyceums, colleges) students with well-developed abilities predominate, gifted students (within the framework of the chosen profile) are only about 15%. The traditional system of education at school and university does not provide their support and development. A trend towards a reduction in gifted students has been found. A personalized technology is proposed that allows students to be immersed in the profession and the development of giftedness, the transformation of giftedness into talent.
