CONFLICTS AT SCHOOL: CLASSIFICATION, EXAMPLES AND COMMENTS ON THEM BY A PSYCHOLOGIST

Abstract. The existence of conflicts in the school environment is associated with the contradictory nature of the pedagogical activity itself. The learning process involves many people with a variety of characteristics, needs, motives and goals. The author focuses on the problem of finding common ground between conflicting parties in conflict management. The article considers various technologies for the constructive completion of conflict communications.
