REFLEXIVELY BUSINESS GAME AS THE INITIAL STAGE OF THE VALUE MANAGEMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract. Scenario of the reflexive-business game “Value management of an educational institution”, which includes a large-scale diagnostic stage, on the results of which the game itself is built. Modeling the value “core” of an educational institution. The claimed technology was tested in one of the gymnasiums in Ulyanovsk, so the article integrates the author’s technology of the game and the experience of its application in this educational institution.
