Competence-based approach at the heart of the educational program of the applied pedagogical magistracy

Abstract. Basic principles and innovations in the formation of a master’s educational program, the organization of training and the assessment of its results. Building training based on a competency model while maintaining a balance of three components (knowledge, skills and attitudes or motivation), that is, without shifting the emphasis either to the field of knowledge, or to the ideological area, or to the process of training and exercises.
