Статья знакомит с особенностями работы с конфликтными ситуациями в образовательных учреждениях. Рассматриваются ценности, принципы и конкретные формы реализации восстановительного подхода к работе с конфликтом. Основной акцент в статье ставится на процесс принятия подростком ответственности за свои действия. Автором приводится алгоритм организации и сопровождения Школьной службы примирения, а также разбор конкретного примера работы с конфликтом в школе.

The implementation of restorative approach in educational institutions

This paper introduces the features of work with conflicts in educational institutions. It observes the values, principles and specific implementation forms of restorative approach to deal with conflict. The main focus of the article is placed on the process of making teens to be responsible for their actions. The author gives an algorithm for the organization and support of the School Reconciliation service, as well as the example of work with conflict situations at school.
