Трудно найти школу, где бы руководство озаботилось такой постановкой вопроса: как оно, руководство, формулирует организационные цели и стратегию для педагогического коллектива и совпадают ли её формулировки с тем, что «застряло» на эту тему в головах сотрудников? Между тем при оценке положения любого сотрудника необходимо точно знать, что сотрудники думают о целях, направлениях деятельности и образе действия в своей школе и тем, как руководители эти цели и направления сформулировали и довели до сведения работников.

About possibilities of an assessment of quality of education at school the director and teachers

It's hard to find a school where the leadership would be worried such question: how this leadership sets organizational objectives and strategy for the teaching staff, and whether its statement are agreed with that «stuck» on the subject in the minds of people. Meanwhile, in the valuation of any employee it is necessary exactly know what the employees think about goals, activities and mode of action in their school, and how the leaders set these goals and directions and brought to the attention of employees.
