Опережающее образование как стратегия развития субъектности в условиях неопределённости
Статья посвящена концептуальному обоснованию опережающего образования как ответу на вызовы современного мира, характеризующегося высокой скоростью изменений и нарастающей неопределённостью. В отличие от традиционной трактовки (подготовка к будущим профессиям) опережающее образование рассматривается как процесс становления субъектности собственной деятельности, формирующий способность самостоятельно готовить своё будущее. Раскрывается структура опережающего образования (мотивация, познавательная самоактивность, продуктивно-творческая деятельность, событийность, самопредпринимательство) и педагогические ресурсы этапов.

Abstract. This article explores the conceptual foundation of advanced education as a response to the challenges of a modern world characterized by rapid change and increasing uncertainty. Unlike the traditional interpretation (preparation for future professions), advanced education is viewed as a process of developing agency over one’s own activity, fostering the ability to independently prepare for one’s future. The structure of advanced education (motivation, cognitive self-activity, productive and creative activity, eventfulness, self-entrepreneurship) and the pedagogical resources of its stages are explored.
