Одним из эффективных средств развития детского коллектива в школе является коллективная творческая деятельность. Подробная методика её организации разработана И. П. Ивановым и его последователями, выдвинувшими идею «педагогики общей заботы». В основе её лежат следующие принципы: социально полезная направленность деятельности детей и их наставников, сотрудничество детей и взрослых, многоролевой характер и романтизм форм деятельности, творчество. В современном мире традиции коллективного творческого дела (КТД) очень актуальны, так как они воспитывают стремление вносить свой вклад в улучшение действительности, а также заботиться о близких людях, работать самостоятельно и творчески. В 2025 году Министерство просвещения РФ совместно с ФКР и «Сферум» запустили проект «Дружба классами». Одна из целей данного проекта — стать частью большого сообщества и сделать внеклассную работу интереснее. Такой инновационный подход укладывается в традиционные рамки КТД.

Abstract. One of the effective means of developing children’s teams at school is collective creative activity. A detailed methodology for its organization was developed by I. P. Ivanov and his followers, who put forward the idea of «Pedagogy of general care». It is based on the following principles: socially useful orientation of the activities of children and their mentors, cooperation between children and adults, multirole nature and romanticism of forms of activity, creativity. In the modern world, the traditions of collective creative work (CTC) are very relevant, as they foster the desire to contribute to the improvement of reality, as well as to take care of loved ones, to work independently and creatively. In 2025, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, together with the FKR and Sferum, launched the «Friendship in Classes» project. One of the goals of this project is: to become part of a large community and make extracurricular activities more interesting. This innovative approach fits within the traditional framework of KTD.
