В статье рассматривается специфика обучения декоративной росписи по металлу (московское письмо) в Институте традиционного прикладного искусства. Основное внимание уделяется художественно-технологическим особенностям данного вида традиционных художественных промыслов, его отличительным чертам от других видов росписи по металлу, прежде всего от жостовской. Автор анализирует эволюцию московского письма, выделяя его главную характеристику — реалистичность изображения. В работе описываются основные техники росписи (алла-прима, многослойное письмо, посквоз). Особое внимание уделяется изменениям в подходах к декорированию изделий, включая упрощение декоративных решений, увеличение форматов произведений и изменение композиционных решений. Исследование основано на анализе дипломных и выпускных квалификационных работ, что позволяет проследить динамику развития декоративной росписи «Московское письмо». Автор подчёркивает важность сохранения традиционных художественнотехнологических приёмов при внедрении современных материалов и техник, что обеспечивает создание уникальных произведений искусства.

Abstract. The article discusses the specifics of training — decorative painting on metal (Moscow painting) at the Institute of Traditional Applied Arts. The main attention is paid to the artistic and technological features of this type of traditional art crafts, its distinctive features from other types of painting on metal, primarily from Zhostovo. The author analyzes the evolution of Moscow writing, highlighting its main characteristic — the realism of the image. The work describes the main painting techniques (alla-prima, multi-layered writing, through). Particular attention is paid to changes in approaches to decorating products, including simplification of decorative solutions, an increase in the format of works and a change in compositional solutions. The study is based on the analysis of diploma and final qualifying works, which allows us to trace the dynamics of the development of decorative painting Moscow painting. The author emphasizes the importance of preserving traditional artistic and technological techniques when introducing modern materials and techniques, which ensures the creation of unique works of art.
