Подготовка будущих педагогов к работе в условиях инклюзивного образования в начальной школе
В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки будущих педагогов к работе в условиях инклюзивного образования в начальной школе. Основное внимание уделяется вопросу выявления возможных проблем в понимании инклюзивной составляющей компетентности педагогов в рамках их профессиональной деятельности. В статье представлена разработанная анкета для самоанализа педагогов, позволяющая оценить уровень развития ключевых характеристик, необходимых для качественной работы педагога в инклюзивной образовательной среде.

Preparing Future Teachers To Work In The Conditions Of Inclusive Education In Elementary School

Abstract. The article deals with the issues of preparing future teachers to work in the conditions of inclusive education in elementary school. The main attention is paid to the issue of identifying possible problems in understanding the inclusive component of teachers’ competence within the framework of their professional activity. The article presents the developed questionnaire for self-analysis of teachers, which allows assessing the level of development of key characteristics necessary for quality work of a teacher in an inclusive educational environment.
