В статье проведён анализ состояния готовности педагогов к работе в условиях персонификации педагогической поддержки, даны выводы по проведённой диагностике готовности, выделен комплекс организационно-педагогических условий, необходимых для устранения выявленных дефицитов готовности. При написании статьи использовались следующие методы: теоретико-методологический анализ и синтез научно-методической литературы, концептуальный анализ статей и публикаций по теме статьи.

Determining The Teacher's Readiness To Provide Personalized Pedagogical Support In The Educational Process

Abstract. The article analyzes the organizational conditions for the readiness of teachers of the Palace of Creativity of the Kirovsky District of St. Petersburg to work with means of pedagogical support. The components of the readiness structure are described, and a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary to eliminate the identified teacher readiness deficits is identified. When writing the article, the following methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, conceptual analysis of articles and publications on the topic of the article.
