Рассмотрено понятие «наставничество» как важное направление в системе дополнительного образования. В период развития сферы образования важным остаётся вопрос образовательных потребностей детей и студентов, а также их адаптации к условиям современного рынка труда. В статье обозначены актуальные востребованные методы обучения студентов и детей в рамках организации лагерной смены, что позволяет ликвидировать проблему развития кадрового потенциала.

The Principles Of The Mentoring Technology As An Element Of Additional Education On The Session Of Children's Holiday Camp

Abstract. The concept of “mentoring” as an important direction in the system of additional education is considered. During the development of the education, the issue of the educational needs of children and students, as well as their adaptation to the conditions of the modern labor market, remains important. The article outlines the actual popular methods of teaching students and children in the framework of organizing a camp session, which makes it possible to eliminate the problem of developing human resources.
