Аннотация: В статье описывается новая модель КИМ ОГЭ по обществознанию, которая вводится в 2027 г. в связи с изменениями ФООП по обществознанию. Новая модель экзаменационных материалов направлена на выявление и оценку предусмотренных ФГОС результатов освоения основной образовательной программы и отражает современные тенденции в оценке качества образования.
Представлены концептуальные идеи новой модели КИМ: акцент на общероссийской идентичности, традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностях российского общества; развитие понимания приоритетности общенациональных интересов, приверженности правовым принципам, закреплённым в Конституции РФ; формирование целостной картины общества; освоение знаний об основных сферах человеческой деятельности, социальных институтах, нормах, регулирующих общественные отношения; практикоориентированный характер заданий; владение умениями функционально грамотного человека.
Приведено сравнение новой и ранее действующей программы по проверяемым предметным результатам и элементам содержания. Сделаны выводы о совпадении проверяемых умений и сохранении содержательного ядра курса с учётом ревизии и перегруппировки основных элементов.
Показана преемственность двух экзаменационных моделей. Описаны новые модели заданий. Например, на анализ социальных/исторических фактов и объяснение их значения в жизни человека и общества. Приводятся примеры ключевых заданий экзаменационной работы, описаны особенности разработки заданий на анализ фотоизображения, статистической информации и работы с текстом.
Новая модель КИМ ОГЭ по обществознанию оптимизирована в части охвата содержания, приведена в соответствие с ключевыми концептуальными идеями и содержанием государственного учебника обществознания, одновременно актуализируется применительно к реалиям современного российского общества и государства.

A New Model of Examination Materials for the Basic State Exam (OGE)
in Social Studies: General Approaches

Abstract. The paper describes a new model of examination materials for the Basic State Exam (BSE) in Social Studies, which will be introduced in 2027 in line with the changes to the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) for Social Studies. The new model reflects current trends in education quality assessment, it is aimed at identifying and assessing the results of mastering the core educational programme as stipulated by the FSES.
The following conceptual ideas for the new OGE model have been presented: an emphasis on all-Russian identity and the traditional spiritual and moral values of Russian society; developing an understanding of the priority of nationwide interests as well as a commitment to the legal principles enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation; forming a holistic picture of society; acquiring knowledge about the main spheres of human activity, about social institutions and norms regulating social relations; the stress on practice-oriented assignments; the mastery of functional literacy skills.
A comparison of the new and previously existing curriculum has been given in terms of the subject outcomes and their content elements tested. A conclusion regarding the overlap of the skills tested and the retention of the core content of the course has been substantiated, taking into account the revision and reorganization of the key content elements; the continuity of the two examination models has been demonstrated.
The article describes new assignment models, for example, analyzing social/historical facts and explaining their significance in the life of an individual and society. Examples of key assignments for the examination paper have been provided, and the specifics of developing assignments for analyzing images in photographs, analyzing statistical information, and working with text materials have been described.
The new model of examination materials for the OGE in Social Studies has been optimized in terms of content coverage, it has been updated to correspond to the current realities of Russian society and the state and to be in line with the key conceptual ideas and content of the latest Social Studies textbook.
