Психолого-педагогические особенности конкурсного отбора (на примере поступающих в начальную школу Физтех-лицея им. П.Л. Капицы)
Описывается опыт организации конкурсного отбора параллелей 2–4-х классов: выяснение уровня мотивации с учётом психофизиологических и личностных особенностей претендентов, а также определение отношения детей и их родителей к ситуации обучения в школе, которая сочетает высокий уровень конкурентной среды и реальные результаты учеников — победителей конкурсов и олимпиад всероссийского и международного уровней.

Psychological and Pedagogical Specifics of Competitive Examination (the case study of the P. L. Kapitsa Phystech-Lyceum Primary School entrance examination)
Abstract: The article presents the experience of organising competitive examination for entrants to primary school (2-4 grades): identifying motivation level with attention to candidates’ psychophysical and personal specifics as well as finding out children’s and their parents’ attitude to studying at the school which combines the high level of competitive environment and the real results of the students who are the winners of various contests and Olympiads at all-Russia and international levels.
