Нормативно-правовое регулирование системы оценки достижений учащихся
Представлен обзор нормативно-правового регулирования системы оценки достижений учащихся в гражданских учебных заведениях России. Особое внимание уделено анализу государственных документов о введении, изменении и отмене оценочной деятельности в общеобразовательных и высших учебных заведениях. Показано, что система оценки учебных достижений обучающихся постоянно находится под контролем государства.

Legal Regulation Of The Student Assessment System
Abstract: The article is devoted to the review of legal regulation of the system of students’ achievements assessment in civil educational institutions of Russia. The author pays special attention to the analysis of documents issued by public authorities on the procedure of introduction, modification and cancellation of assessment activities in secondary and higher educational institutions. The author shows that the system of assessing students’ achievements is constantly controlled by the state.
